NO SHOW POLICY

Your time is very valuable, as is ours. We understand that sometimes things happen. In order for our stylists to fill their time, please give us more than 24 hours notice. Any cancellation less than 24 hours will occur a 30% charge based on the the type of service receiving. All no-show reservations will occur a 30% charge based on service.

Q: What is a "no-show"?

A: A "no- show" appointment is a guest who makes a reservation and neglects to call, text, or email that they will no longer be available to make their reserved time frame.

The first occurrence, we will visit the conversation of the missed reservation (with 30% additional charge). The second occurrence, we will determine it as a voluntary forfeit of your future services at Illusions Styling Studio.

We understand life and emergencies happen, there are exceptions to the rule. Please communicate with us as soon as possible, so we are able to get your service rescheduled.

DISMISSAL OF SERVICES 

As a salon we are committed to maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for both clients and staff. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of misconduct, including but not limited to rudeness, harassment, or disruptive behavior. Such actions not only affect our team's well-being but also compromise the overall experience for fellow clients. We will exercise the right to dismiss services if such actions occur.
